Travis Anderson is one of the best Real estate agents I have seen so far. He is quite knowledgeable, hard working, punctual, friendly and above all a good human being. We feel fortunate to have worked with him for selling our house.

The Travis Anderson Team was phenomenal!! We felt so well taken care of throughout the entire process of selling our home and buying a new home. They treated us with such respect, answered all of our questions promptly, and truly made us feel like we were the only people they were working with! Travis and Kendra are absolutely amazing! We looked for that "perfect" house for several YEARS...Kendra was SO patient with us. She always responded quickly to our texts and emails to look at a new home on the market that "might be the one" and was always encouraging when it "wasn't quite right"! When we finally found the right one, she and Travis got our offer in, accepted and then got our own house on the market and sold...everything in less than 2 weeks. Their entire staff was wonderful in helping us thru the process and paperwork...always quick to answer any questions each step of the way. After a disappointing situation with Kris Lindahls team I came upon Danette with Travis Andersons team. I believe she is my realtor spirit animal :-) we used her to find a cabin in WI and she did not disappoint. She seemed to know if I was going to like a place before I knew. She was so fun to work with, totally went the extra mile. I would recommend to anybody!

We worked with Travis Anderson and his team to both sell our old home and buy a new one. We would recommend them to anyone. When we first met with Travis about selling our home, he sent us a listing booklet that provided a lot of really good info and told us what to expect. He gave great advice on preparing our house for sale and was always available for questions. Danette's photos made our house look great for the listing. And Travis provided knowledge, experience and confidence during a very stressful time when our closing had to be rescheduled a few times due to a problematic buyer. He even negotiated amendments to the purchase agreement to compensate us for the inconvenience and delay. After selling our house, we got more serious about finding our new home and Kendra (and sometimes Abby or Travis) showed us countless houses in a dozen different cities. She was always available for showings with little notice. She was patient with us as we found we weren't interested in house after house after house and always encouraged us to hold out for the house that was right for us. She really got to know us and what we were looking for and would find potential houses for us that didn't show up in our typical searches. We eventually found the house that was just right for us and now we're going to miss seeing Kendra one to several times each week. Also, during the whole process of selling and buying, Crystal would regularly send us updates and info, always at just the right time. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Travis Anderson and his team and we use them again in a heartbeat. They made sure we always knew what was going on and what to expect and they were always available for questions and concerns. If they didn't know the answer, they found it quickly. We have nothing but praise for them.

Everyone knows someone that is a realtor but are they the best choice for you? Travis and his team have handled no less than 6 purchases and sales for me and my family dating back to 2004. In my opinion it's the details that count and where mistakes can be made by inexperienced realtors. There are so many variables in a real estate transaction that need to be considered and this group knows their craft very well. They are a step above the rest and I would be very hesitant put such a large purchase or sale in the hands of anyone else. They will help educate you and put you at ease through the entire process. The reviews speak for themselves. These guys are the real deal.

Travis and his team were the absolute best to work with during our selling, buying and building process over the past couple of years. Travis took something that seemed so complicated and impossible to us and made it a reality. Anytime we wanted to see a house and he wasn't available the exact time we needed, he was able to send a team member. Travis was there via phone call, email or in person meeting to help with the the emotional, practical, logistical questions around buying and selling a home. If I have any friends selling or buying I will absolutely recommend him before anyone else.

This was out first time using Exp Reality. They came highly recommended by our trusted mortgage broker and I must say, Travis and his entire team did an excellent job in the selling and purchase of our homes. Travis is very knowledgeable and dedicated to having the necessary conversations and was there to answer any questions or help lead us in the right direction. Even with a few unfortunate family scenarios, we never felt pressured or coerced into something we would have been uncomfortable with and always felt that we were put first before a sale. Kendra and Abbey were also great in their knowledge in the markets and with their availability. The whole team was great, everyone stepped in when and where needed. Travis and Kendra have been pivotal in the sale(s) of two of our homes and the purchase of one. There isn’t anyone else I would go to in any market (buyers/sellers) than this team! The advice, the late calls, emails, and general “hand holding” has been bar-none the very best experience. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

They were extremely helpful, even going as far to help us see a house on christmas eve. The market was crazy, but they were very patient and helpful. Always on top of it and i never had to wait long for a response to any question i had. Will highly recommend, if buying, selling, or even just looking. A great team thats in your corner from beginning to end, they put your needs, wants, and desires first and do their best to see your hopes and dreams come true. We were about to give up looking as the market had been so crazy, but they were so supportive and helpful it kept us going. Now we are closing on a beautiful house we never thought we'd be able to find.
